Directions from Connecticut and Points South
95 North
Take Exit 3A (Route 138) in Rhode Island
Merge onto Route 138 East and continue for approximately 12 miles until intersection with Route 1
Turn left onto Route 1 North
Take exit for Route 138 East towards Jamestown/Newport
Go over the bridge and take the 2nd exit on Jamestown (Downtown Jamestown) onto Conanicus Avenue (Exit will be immediately before the Newport toll plaza)
Continue on Conanicus Avenue until stop sign
Go through stop sign and turn left into the parking lot
Island Realty office will be on the right
Directions from Massachusetts and Points North
95 South Take Exit 9 (left-hand) onto Route 4 South in Rhode Island
After approximately 10 miles take exit onto Route 138 East towards Jamestown/Newport
Go over the bridge and take the 2nd exit on Jamestown (Downtown Jamestown) on to Conanicus Avenue (Exit will be immediately before the Newport toll plaza)
Continue on Conanicus Avenue until stop sign
Go through stop sign and turn left into the parking lot
Island Realty office will be on the right
